Well.. I just ordered my OEM fog light switch from my honda dealer. I Pull the left side tweeter cover off and see no cut out for the switch. That's cool i was expecting that from reading the forums. But just out of curiousity I pulled the RIGHT side tweeter cover off and BAM..!! The freaking cut-out is there!! I guess they put RHD tweeter cover or maybe i'm wrong.
The tweeter cover that fits the switch on left-hand drive cars is a special cover with a molded indent. The cutout marking you pictured is present on all USDM right side tweeter covers, and it's there to be cutout on right-hand drive cars that have an indented switch moulding installed. I believe there are pictures of this in the "EDM Parts" thread.
edit. found the picture
Basically, Honda made only one type of tweeter cover for the right side and two types for the left side for years 92-93. The matching left side cover to be used with the fog switch came only in left-hand drive markets (US, Canada, etc.) and the right-hand drive markets (EU, Japan, etc.) would use that cutout and the switch would install inside an additional plastic piece and then be put in the tweeter cover cutout.
thats outrageous i have a couple of them... i bought them new from honda for 25. and i just sold one of the switches with the tweeter cover for 60. i would never expect people to pay that much...

Except he stated that he's fully aware of the items "value" that some people place on it, and believes it's outrageous. To be ripped off requires that one party is completely unaware of an item's "value" and the other party is aware and will not divulge the information to the seller.
ok well how bout this ill sell you the extra three switches i have for 450. that way im cutting you a deal. then you can sell them for 250 each. hahaha
