im getting 7mpg filled up tank in an hour of driving it w as gone.

Wow, that's prolly not the wisest thing to do in a little car like ours.
I was gonna suggest checking your o2 sensor, tps, cleaning the throttle body, and IM.
I did most, and i'm slowly seeing my MPG going to normal!
