yes, even if you dont' have to, it'll be easier if you take the seats out.

You'll need to take out the backseat part of the trunk lining too. Neither is hard to do.

What 6x9 sub did you get, and how exactly do you remove the sub.

On my 6x9 rear console, there were just two snap on tree-like plugs, I'm not sure what they're called but i think you know what i'm talking about. There was one on each side facing the seats.

Its simple... take out the back seats, i'm assuming u know how to do that. If not, each cushion has 2 tabs underneath it, u will need to pull the tab and press down on the cushion and it will pop out. The backings u will need a 10mm socket. 2 for each backing. The passenger rear u can use the key hole to unlock it or go in through the trunk pull the latch and push the seat forward. Use a flathead screwdriver or panel popper to flip open the 2 side covers that are on the back of the seat, unbolt the 2 10mm bolts. After that, u can now access the plastic cover. There should be 2 press-in tabs use whatever means to get them out. then on the top there should be 2 more tabs take those out. Put ur hand underneath the plastic cover and pull it out, there are 2 clips that secure it ontop. After that, u should be able to place the 6x9 pracket onto the rear cross support beam. U will need 4 10mm bolts to mount the bracket in place. Same bolts used on the rear seats. Place the 6x9 in the bracket wire it it up. As for the factory amp, dunno about that one, hopefully there is a connector hidden away somewhere. Put everythng back together and ur done.
