hi im very new to this, my engine is a bone stock JDM h22a with 139K, some manuals i downloaded says either 5w-30 or 10w-30, its gonna be winter in about a month or so but right now i just drive 5 miles a day average to work bet 20c-30c "hotness"........which one is better and dont worry i can afford synthetics.

if you live in a year round mild or warm climate area, 10w30.
But if you live in an area where it gets pretty cold, go with 5w30 for better engine protection during cold weather.
