Yup they did have the 4th gen VTEC in GT2, it was a quick little booger.

Is there a steering wheel included with the game. I've heard some talk about this but wasn't sure if it was included when buying the game.

holy sh1t.. 4th gen vtec(assuming h22a) came out in 91 in japan?

dude.. 4th gen must have RULED the streets at the time....

but glad to see prelude representing in GT4. even though im 5th gen owner.

In the US the 4g came out in 91 as well- just the fall. Outside of North America it is common for cars to not be marketed as a "model year" but simply advertised or referred to as when they come out. So if a car debuts in Aug of 91 it's a 91. So was it's predecessor sold in July of '91.
