5th gen springs on a 4th?

Has anybody tried to put 5th gen springs on a 4th? I don't know how much of a difference there would be, since they can use some of the same shocks. Safe? Not safe? All these 5th gen's selling their springs makes me curious if they would work on our cars. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Just wondering, why do you want to do this in the first place?
