5th gen seat rails in a 4th gen?

Anyone know if 5th gen rails will bolt directly to a 4th gen without any modification whatsoever - straight bolt on?

sorry, they do not bolt up directly w/o modifications. i have sparco brackets for both generations and they both look different.
