5th gen coilovers

Okay I hate to ask because i'm sure it's been answered already and I just cant find it. I am wanting to buy a set of function and form coilovers but all they have left are for the 5th gen. Will they still bolt up to my 4th gen?

Mostly because of the price. I originally planned on going with the koni/gc setup but I haven't been able to source that for less than 900. The f2's would be significantly less than that. I have always heard good things about them as well, although I have thought about the amr as well simply for the lifetime warranty.

I'm buying direct from the guys at function and form. I'm from Oklahoma City but most of my family is from Broken Arrow right there by Tulsa.

They're 850 just to start with. How much are you getting them for? You stated they would be significantly less than 900 for the gc/konis

hmm thats what i was wondering. i mean for what its worth, i would spend the money on gc/konis. you see these used all the time. (i actually have them)

marcucci would even suggest if you want to skimp on real GC's, go with the Toms coilover kit for prelude. almost exact replica of the GC for 100 bux

so any 5th gen coilovers will fit the 4th gen?

I was thinking about Tokico Illuminas but theres a thread in the 5th gen section sayin lots of people's front ends are higher up than their rear... anyone experience this?

^i did a long time ago. i had those tom's coilovers i sold to another member for ~70 bux. which is pretty much the GC coilovers.

that being said, i am riding on 450lb f/r GC w/neuspeed konis. i might have some springs for sale once i get stiffer ones.

anyways, i see these kits for sale with some moderate frequency here on PO.
