What are your transmission codes. M2S4? What about M2A8?

So perern101 did you mean that m2a8 is an si trans or you have an si trans

I really want to know what this thing is. I'm doing a 5-speed swap on my 5th gen and the guy I bought the transmission from said it was from an sibut i can't match the trans code. The funny thing is this might be a tranny from my friends car. we sold the motor after i swapped and Jdm H22 in for his blown H23

Thanks for trying to help but I know what the code SHOULD be but its i code not listed any where. M2A8 This is pissing me off. Nobody knows what this thing is.
