5 spd std. trans axle lubricant

HI, If I knew how to do a search I could fin d out for my self.
My question, what is the best lubr for a 5 spd. trasns axle.?

I run full syn castrol gtx 10w-40 in mine,never had issues or premature wear.... thats probably all that fancy quart of overpriced honda oil is!!!!!manual trans fluid = motor oil LOL

^The most ignorant post ever, all you have to do to realize it's not just oil is to pour it into a container and look at its color, consistency and strong smell. Motor oil made my T2W4 grind on cold mornings going from 1st to 2nd since it was all I had at the time of swapping, immediately ditched it for MTF.

I'd be willing to wager any amount of money that anyone who thinks that it's just repackaged oil has never even used it before.
