The Prelude electronic 4-wheel steering system gives it exceptional handling and enhanced stability. At low speeds, it steers the rear wheels in the opposite direction of the front wheels. This decreases the Prelude's turning diameter- a feature that can be especially useful when making tight turns or parking in confine spaces.

As speed increases to around 18mph, electronic 4-wheel steering increases the Prelude's agility. In this mode, it allows the Prelude to change direction more quickly in transient maneuvers, such as lane changes on S-curves

Finally, ar highway speeds, electronic 4-wheel steering increases the Prelude's straight-line tracking and stability. 4WS enhances handling and maneuverability by steering the wheels in the same direction as the front wheels
I have a 93 brochure also, so fun to check out.
