4th Gen... JDM one piece - horizontal adjustments?

Does anyone here know how to adjust the JDM headlight from side to side. I've found two adjustments for the driving beam, but they both seem to be for up and down (vertically)

Suggestions,

Ken

the driving lights have vertical and horizontal adjustments.

the headlights have only vertical. One knob adjusts the focus point height, and the other knob adjusts the wide horizontal cutoff height.
