4th gen help.

i bought a 96 honda lude about a month ago for cheap. but i ran it out of gas (oops!) haha . got gas later that day then when i tryed to turn it on it wouldnt start . sometimes it would but then it would turn on by its self and it wouldnt let me rev over 3 rpm's if i kept revin it it would turn off. i sprayed starter fluild in it. it kinda started but it would die. please help.. when i bought it i could rev it to 7 rpm like easy. could it be the fuel pump cuz it seems like its not getting gas also when i changed the spark plugs on one spark plug i found oil.. is that bad how can i fix it. the car dont leak at all.

Get the air out of the fuel-system. Bleed the fuelrail 'till there's no more air left. The bleeder screw is on the far right of the fuelrail.

Edit: The oil at the sparkplugs can be prevented by changing the gaskets between the cover and the head. There are 4, one for each sparkplug.
If you decide to change them, you should probably change all the gasket in the "top cover area".
