4th gen getting spark and fuel, no start

hey guys, i got a 92 prelude, i just changed the plugs and wires, and coil. The car is getting spark, and PLENTY of fuel, I actually think that it may be flooding it, The car hasn't been started in a long while. I am at a loss guys... Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks.....

It does crank, and sputter just a bit. It has never actually fired up and started...I am just at a total loss. It acts like it wants to start, but never does......

Stupid question: Are the spark plug wires connected in the correct order?

that was my problem, my wires where hooked up wrong. 2134 clockwise from left upper

I have a chilton manual, and it shows the distributor cap is a little different than the one i have, it is completely upside down....should the wire locations still be the same????

I would advise you to get rid of the Chilton manual. They are too vague and attempt to cover too many cars with one manual. Get yourself a Helms. They can be downloaded for free, or you can buy one on their website.
