4th Gen Clutch Fluid

for some reason, my clutch fluid (Dot3) have been draining every few days. I have been adding brake fluid here and there every once in awhile. About a year ago, i did change my slave & master cylinder and the problem was gone. Then it is happening again. Is there any way to fix this problem?

BTW, i have been looking for some leaks but i have been out of luck.

damn mine is becoming more frequent than ever! before it started from once every 2 months or so, to 2 weeks and now every 2 days! When i have low fluid, my clutch pedal gets weak and catches super low and the freeplay is way too much. I feel like im pressing AIR!

9 times out of ten, this problem can be cured by replacing the master and slave cylinders
