4th gen 93 v-tech recommendations?

Plugs? Wires? Lag in v-tech, engine throwing code at higher rpms but passes emissions? anything else?

throwing code?

How can it be checked if it only comes on every once in a while. It doesn't stay on only when I get on it sometimes and after 70mph speeds. Turn it off turn it back on it's off eh.

when the code comes on, stop, pull code, write code down, when possible research code.

I think he is saying that it comes on at high rpms (vtec range?) and then does not stay on...
