4gen trans things on 5gen??

I was purchasing h23 trans for my 5-speed swap on my 5gen. The guy i was buying from also had shifter assembly and shift linkage and I was wondering if that would work with my 5gen? He also has reverse switch and starter.

Why would you put an H23 tranny on your car? The gearing is not so great

Riiiiiight....

So anyways...the 4th gen shifter assembly on the tranny will cause your shifter to lean to the right apparently, you need to swap on a 5th gen one to make it straight.

Like I sold my 4g tranny to girl-n-a-lude and I am sending a 5th gen shifter assembly with it..

Base 5th gen axles and 4th gen axles should be the same.
