4gen throttle position sensor

is the throttle position sensor on the 4gen removable, or is it held in with rivets?

actually they're screws with heads that snap off after assembly.. you can grind a slot in the "rivet" with a dremel and unscrew them..

take a dremel cutting disc and cut a flathead slot in the rivet (thus making it a flathead screw)

Honda has it perfectly adjusted to their specs and they don't wan't people f'ing with it. That's why you have to buy a new throttle body just to get new TPS (from Honda, that is).

I like how my JDM motor came...it wasn't riveted on. I used a simple Torx screwdriver.

well i got it done, i was worried that the slot would strip when i used a flathead but its fairly easy to break torque.

i'll have to calibrate later. thanks for the link
