4G Spring Rate / Ride Height Reference

I was researching spring rates for different springs and coilover setups. I noticed the 5g guys have this thread Spring Rate Reference

I would like to put together one for the 4th gen. And see if we can get it FAQ'd

Please submit as much relevent information as possible such as

Rate Front/Rear
Aprox. Lowering inches (mm if thats all thats available)
Also sum up as short as possible for coilovers height range (ex 1"-3") and dampener adjustability range (ie 15way) also maybe include remember (less words the better) extras such as: pillow ball mounts, short shock body, helper springs etc.)

Thanks! and i will dig around different sites and see what i can put together

!! Do not state custom setups as they can confuse others, maybe just mention that custom rates are available

Refrence:
F= Front R= Rear
IE: ( F -1.06" R-1.22" [ Front lowers 1.06 inches rear lowers 1.22 inches])
( Spring Rates are mesured lb/in [Pounds per Square inch] so [F 220 R 210] would mean front spring rate is 220 lb/in and rear spring rate is 210 lb/in)

To convert kg/mm to lb/in, times the kg/mm by 56.
(ie: 8 kg/mm x 56 = 448 lb/in)

From what i kno, the 4th and 5th gen stuff from tein and probably other companies use the same coilover/spring rates for both cars since they are interchangable with one another.

Right, I would say that is safe to assume considering the part numbers generally are the same on most of them

The regular springs most likely will be different.

Anyone happen to know the stock Spring rates?
