4 gear crunch

I know next to nothing about mechanics...Go easy.

'92 Prelude 2.3

I notice the pedal has some slack in it and if i dont push right to the floor when hitting 4th gear it grinds...Does this sound like a ineed the clutch redone or could it be more simple, like tightening the cable?

Any help appreciated.

Also, if anyone knows the best place to order after market parts and accessories in Canada that would be great.

Check your clutch fluid. If it's low you probably have a leak at your master cylinder or slave cylinder. If you do they'll need to be replaced.
