2 Cylinders Suddenly not Firing!!

This happened all of a sudden. I did a basic tune-up; air filter, oil change, plugs, and valve clearance, and when I started it up cylinders 2 and 3 aren't firing. I tested all the plugs and wires and even put on a new distributer; none of which were the prob. I listened to the fuel injectors and they are all clicking, compression is good and the plugs are a bit black so that says their getting fuel.

I'm kind of lost at this point! Could it be the ECU? Or MAP? My guess is electrical because it happened suddenly, but I'm running out of ideas..........

did you check the firing order, you chould have put the wrong wires on the wrong cylinder. Maybe you switched wires 2 & 3 by accident. I did this by mistake when i did and engine swap in my El Camino and it took a while to figure out why it idled ruff. But that was 8 cylinders, you could probably narrow it down faster with only 4.
