2.5in cowl on a 4th Gen??

I am kinda bummed about my CF hood not coming through (loooong story) and i need to fix the gaping hole in my hood made by the brick that hit it on the interstate. Well i want something different so, what do you all thing about putting a cowl like this on the hood http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=24535

I love the cowl and i am pretty sure i am gonna get it, but i am wondering what others opinions are. Thank you for any opinions.

Is your car carburated? I don't know a cowl hood to me doesnt look right on anything but a muscle car.
