Yes. Not an easy task. Fortunately, I have a lot of ressources for fabrication issues.
I designed myself the :
- pulleys bracket
- PS pump bracket (since the 5thgen PS pump is no good for 4thgen believe me)
- UHME-PE smaller Brake Fluid reservoir
- PS high pressure hose
- Throttle cable bracket
- Fuel pump support bracket
- etc...
NOW i need a 2.5'' cat back
Ever heard any review on Pacesetter ?!?!

what are you using for a header? hehe buy my SMSP!!!
I should have sold you my Greddy power extreme exhaust...it's 60mm all the way through which is 2.36" pretty good really. I can get you an almost new one.
E-mail nate at frostwhiterice@hotmail.com and say joel said you had a Greddy PE....he should sell it for $250 or so and it's in great shape.
The Power Extreme is the most powerful of the 4g exhausts in my opinion. It's a striaght through muffler and resonator.
If you know where I can get a SS one... please let me know...
I found OBX and Tsudo to be 2.5'' full 304SS cat back under 270US$... just not 100% sure about the 2.5'' piping tough ... waiting for replies from them...

If theres someone you know that could weld you one you could order yourself the piping, resonator, and muffler from www.kteller.com . Theyre piping comes in SS and Mild steel.
And they can do any kind of upgrade/special cat back.
Mine will have 2.5'' O.D. piping, an offset-center straight trough muffler (good for noise damping) and a huge 28''L X 4'' diam. mid-pipe resonator (VERY good for noise damping!) and a special 'not too big' resonated tip. All this at no extra charge!! Not to mention that it is all 304SS and they use the best materials available in the muffler and resonator... and del'y is less than a week.
Hey, I'm happy!

Nice but to those In the US you could just order the piping from Kteller and get a local place to weld it, and get a resonator with a muffler for prolly around 500 bucks with welding.

I came very close to buy the piping from KTeller. Unfortunately, the flanges, u-bolts and hangers privided with the 304SS piping are made of carbon steel. For those who know 304SS, carbon steel is devastating when in direct contact with 304SS. Its either you go full 304SS or not at all.
After comparing all the pricing and the hours spent under the car trying to match the muffler hangers correctly, the Brullen option was (for me) the best option for the price difference.
The only weird thing about Brullen... their website doesn't even show their phone number. I had to go to 411canada.com in order to find them. Brullen 905-415-7733.

Yea i have a shop locally that i am going to use to make me an exhaust. I was quoted 150 just for the pipes and the time it would take to weld those *****es. All i gotta do now is geta resonator, test pipe, and muffler and im good to go. And all the stuff is SS that i am going to use.
