2.3l Vtec

Somebody in my area is selling a 2.3L VTEC in a 4th gen. Is this the Accord VTEC, or are there other common 2.3L VTEC swaps out there? What's your guys' opinions on these? Are they just as reliable? How about speed? Thanks guys!

A 2.3L VTEC is either a hybrid motor (H23 block, H22 head), JDM H23A DOHC VTEC out of the Accord Wagon (only came in auto), and there was also a SOHC version of that same motor but I have yet to see one sent stateside.
