1994 H23 Ecu/chipping - Honda Prelude Forum

I was just curious about those fake ass Mugen and Spoon chips on Ebay. I have a 1994 Lude H23 and was wondering if anyone has used these chips at all, and if so, what are some suggestions or comments on those or chipping a p14 (i believe that is for the H23). but you can't really chip p13s/14s (unless you just want to remove the speed limiter)

you really need a p28/72 or something similar

Hey, just wondering exactly why that is? I got my P13 socketed (factory chip in the socket) with no problem but im yet to find a programmer who can tune a chip for me.
