Hello, is there anyway I could adapt another kind of suspension in my Prelude 1993?
I'm in Brazil and there is no replacement parts here... My suspension is not looking very good and If I have to import the parts form US I would pay the car value... so I'm a little lost... anyone? any ideas?

if your country dont supply parts then you just have to import parts or sell your car

Hi, thanks for the reply.
The thing is I wanted to avoid these two options you presented, because it is expensive to import and cheap to sell... so you could have an idea, I paid in US$ 12000 for the car and now market value is around US$ 5000.. If I import all the parts I would spend about US $ 4000.. thats why I'm searching for options trying to see If I can adapt something and use parts from other cars made in Brazil.

Hey G loc, thanks for the reply.

Thats another issue for me since I know very little about suspension, specially the Prelude one...
The mechanics here in Sao Paulo charge way too much just to check out what parts are bad...
But... I would say... since this car has 70 k running in 16 years.. the ends (i don know if they call that in english) and the joints... but again... I know too little.
Thats why I'm here to see if anyone could give me a start where to look first or what to do first.
