A more detailed description of your problem would help

Take it to an Autozone or somewhere else that can read your check engine codes. Find out what the codes are and report back here PRONTO!!!

How many RPMs does the engine idle at when you start it up?

If its throwing a knock sensor code, maybe you're still running the H23 ECU.
