1993 H23 rpm problems

recently my car would still pull even after i left off of the throttle as if it was sricking open. so i removed the throttle body to clean it and when i put it back on it will now fall on its face anytime i hit 6000... could this be the tps that went bad or maybe i bumped it while i had the tb off of the car? also the throttle body still feels like it is sticking open when i let off. maybe the tps has always been the problem?

Does the h23 TB have screws in the TPS? if it does take it off and see if your throttle still sticks.

there are no screws... but from my understanding is that i can dremel slots into it for a screwdriver and still be able to change it if needed.

Take the intake off, and see if it's sticking or not.

WAIT.... Unhook the thing on your intake manifold thats to the right of the IACV that looks kinda like an hour glass with a vacuum line coming out of it. Plug the vacuum line and see if that fixes your "sticking" issue.

also any suggestions on why the car wont make it past 6000? again this didnt happen until the tb was taken off for cleaning and replaced unless its a coincidence that it happened at the same time?
