1993 Cold Air Intake

My son want's a cold air intake for his new to him 1993 Prelude 2.2S. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

hmmm tell him to just get a generic one from ebay, they will provide the sound that your son is probably after. plus its only a type s so there is really no reason to put so down a bunch of money into a name brand one that wont really give it much HP. definitely go for an Ebay one, untill you get an engine swap or something.

because Type S is cool

well, I think it's because people here Type S and just assume that since it's a "S" Model it's a Type S

+1 i have a S and it isnt worth putting money into it until u get a swap, unless ur going to boost the Fack out of it, just Ebay search "93 Prelude CAI" u will find wat u need

Make sure if it's from Ebay, which is totally fine, that it comes with a K&N filter--they sell them with one already.

It's because if you look in the door jam on the drivers side there is a sticker that says what model the car is and it actually says type s.
