I also just noticed that every post you made in this thread was negative and useless. Starting with how you hate the rear fog, how you like jdm one pieces better, how you also said that Japan has bumper reflectors. Please do not come into this thread if you don't have anything good to say, minilogoguy18.

You also confuse people with misinformation. Please leave.

Japan DID NOT have rear bumper reflectors. They just did not have them. I know that is making you upset, but face the truth and get your facts straight.

Whoa dude relax, I like the thread!
I was just recently reading up on the JDM headlight bulbs since i bought a set that didn't include them and I read that the H4 bulb has 3 prongs and 2 filaments, 1 for low and both come on for high and the inner lights were daytime running/city lights whatever they're called.

Yeah I don't like the rear fog but all other input was said to try to help get everything as accurate as possible i.e. the headlights and the post about the rear bumper lights.

^ alright cool. Don't worry about it. Hey, let me know how you are gonna go about wiring your fog lights. I still wasn't able to find that harness you are looking for.

Yeah my problem is pretty unique with the fog lights since I have a 93 with a 95 SE dash harness. I know nothing about wiring, I'd probably just have to get my pops to try to help me out with it next time I'm down at his shop in central FL. He'll probably find some way to rig it up cause I at least have the relay and the switch.

Dude it's so easy. I took out my 92 dash harness, opened up the loom, followed the wires from the fog connector down to the plugs on the harness. Then took note to which pins the go into.

The put them in my blank spots on my 94-96 EL dash harness.

Finished.

Another interesting interior. I think this is a JDM car. If you know what markets featured this interior let me know.

Here is an alternative to having one heated seats switch instead of using up two slots for the Canadian/European spec switches.

The two switches in the middle are the Canadian/European spec switches.

here is the single switch to control the heated seats. This is a Civic and CRV heated seats switch.

Headlight Washer System PART II. These photos are courtesy of
icelord and krupt. They are cool cats from Russian forums.

JDM infrared door handles and JDM steering wheel

These photos are courtesy of L3GDKANG. Acuraholiks FTW!

Here are JDM infrared door handles. This system featured remote activated door locks and trunk. For models without the security system option.

(front) - Notice the little sensor on the door handle.

(back) sensor connector

JDM steering wheel

also can be seen in this picture

^ that's I believe a JDM/EDM automatic sportshifter. It says on/off and there is also a button on the side that activates the sports system.

JDM tire chains (snow chains). I am almost 100% sure that Europe carried these as well in the EDM market.

Photos are courtesy of L3GDKANG and his research. Dude! You are a JDM king!!!

Wanna also post these photos of the JDM In-Dash TV. Just to keep things together.

Photos are courtesy of "stan" from Prelude UK. They were also recently posted here, on Preludeonline.com by zsudz922.

Are there any LHD Euro Preludes that had the in dash TV? Could possibly give us US people an option on having it or not since the RHD dash parts wont fit.

I wish. From what I know only RHD (JDM) models had that option. I also think only a few Preludes in Japan had the TV installed. This is not something that is common over there.

I wonder if there is a way to mod the fitment and make it work for a LHD Lude?

This thread is amazing.. I've always wanted to find someone that knew/could find options outside of the USDM and the few options we do see that were in the JDM. I have a few things to add also that might help, or at least add to your on going list.

Yes, I'm "new," but "old." lol I've had an account here forever, just never posted here. So don't mind that.

Well, I have a lot of comments also.. Along with questions too.. heh
Since there are quite a few things I haven't seen, and as I'm a little late.
I'll try to make it as short and clean as possible, so not to take up too much room.. Some of this stuff you might already know just weren't giving all info on USDM Options, since you intended the thread to be EDM Options.. lol, But by now, might as well make it Prelude Factory Options from all Markets..

I'll do comments and normal questions first...

http://img396.imageshack.us/img396/5...signalsmp2.jpg
^^^ Clear reflectors. STANLEY. 1994-96 models.

Japan had these also, correct? As I have a set.. Heh

http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/7818/noairbagws0.jpg
NO PASSENGER AIRBAG. Some models in Europe had no airbag.

I'm pretty sure All Models for '92 & '93 didn't have passenger airbags either. And in '94 they became standard for both.

http://img374.imageshack.us/img374/5...olightsbv6.jpg
EDM cargo lights. Bottom corner of the door panels. Light up when the door is open. These allow people too see the cargo area and the ground area at night. Clear ones (see pic.) are more common, the red ones are really rare.
These are Stanley, and a very rare feature in a 4th gen Prelude. Luxury option.

I have a Clear Set of these from a pair of JDM Door Panels. I've never seen the Red one's though. Interesting..

Here is one of the absolute hardest options to come by. EDM Hood Protector. This is a Genuine Honda Factory part. Access option from Europe. There is a possibility that this was also available on the AUDM market. Australia.
http://img148.imageshack.us/img148/4...otectorjm4.jpg
I have only seen this twice.

I can understand why this would be so rare, I'm sure it's just plastic and they broke over time, correct..? Nice find though.

http://img362.imageshack.us/img362/9...itchesspu7.jpg
^^^ loaded with switches. Notice the jdm sensor all the way on the left.

Do you know why the In Car Temperature sensor would be there?

Euro spec. Tan Leather Interior. Very Rare. The door inserts are leather too.
Tan leather interior. Black pinstripe. Chrome door handles.
http://img296.imageshack.us/img296/4...eather2qn9.jpg
http://img296.imageshack.us/img296/5...leatherra6.jpg
In Europe and Japan, leather interior was also available on some automatic and lower end models like the 2.0 liter in UK. I believe it was a dealer option. In USA only VTEC models came with leather.
http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/9...leathermg7.jpg

The VTEC Model wasn't the only Model with Leather AND the US had Tan Leather also in the SE Models.

JDM power seats. Possibly Europe also.
http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/163/powerdriverseat.jpg

Power Seats?! I'd never have thought...

JDM factory accessory passenger side glove box.
http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/856/glovebox.jpg

Is this an actual Prelude Option/Accessory or just a "Honda" Accessory?

This next set of photos are courtesy of gotjnco.
He is a Luder from South California. Thanks player!

Here is UKDM red design interior. This is a very rare Honda spec interior.
http://img207.imageshack.us/img207/7610/ukinterior3.jpg

I don't mind the Red Inserts, but I love the Fabric on the seats.. I want!
