Yakima rack question

For those of you who have a Yakima rack..
The q85 clip is discontinued and its impossible to find, but I can still find some q86 clips. Will the prelude work with 4 q86 clips or it HAS to be 4 q85 clips. I know the q86 clips are only needed when theres a stretch bar. I want to know if I can use the q86 clips for the towers. TIA

Yakima rack... why? I just recently moved to Colorado, and I've already seen two BB6's with these racks. It looks ghastly. Take it off and prep the car for Touge Battling instead.

I suppose we all have our specific needs. For the heck of it I just imagined custom fitting a Yakima rack on a carbon fiber hardtop s2000. Immediately after this imagined thought, I was proceeded to convulse from cardiac arrest...
