Is it worth putting an aftermarket suspension on an SH?...
I know this has been debated before...but bear w/ me. I would like to go w/ a good combo (Neuspeed/Tokico or Eibach/Tokico adjustables), but I've learned that there are problems w/ setups similar to these w/ the ATTS . I'm stoked at how the SH just cuts through turns, but the stock suspension is just a bit too soft. I would like a little more stiffness on the turns and a lot less body roll. I'm basically just asking for your opinions...what would you do? I've got the cash, I'm just debating on whether to go w/ 18's before I get the suspension, or if I should get the suspension first. If I do go with the suspension, my warranty will no longer cover it. Too many variables...I need some guidance.
Any opinions/411 would be greatly appreciated by this newbie

Go for an upgraded suspension... i felt the same exact way with the SH suspension being to soft so i got springs and shocks and rear sway and now tossing the car around turns feel like im driving a go cart... also ive had ZERO problems with the suspension affecting atts

Yeah, springs, shocks, wheels, & tires will have no impact on the ATTS. Some dealers will do their best to convince you otherwise, but . . . .
As far as the warranty deal, that's your call. How many miles do you have left on it? Just bear in mind, they shouldn't be able to knock out your warranty on non-related items (engine, drivetrain, rust, etc.) But it depends greatly on the dealer, and how many calls to Honda of America you make.

If you think you're going to keep your car a while longer and enjoy it, then definitely give the suspension Honda should have.
My plan goes like this:
Tein HA coilover shocks
Spoon front engine brace
Rota Slipstream 16x7" black rims
Pirelli P7000 or PZero tires
Spoon 4-pot brake calipers (maybe)
A setup like this will be harsher than stock and you should be more aware of your vehicle and road conditions after modification.
The advantage is faster responsiveness, less nose diving over humps in the road and improved responsiveness in corners. Your ATTS is a plus as well.
I've been told that if you go for a set of dedicated adjustable coilovers like Teins you will not need a rear sway bar, however if you use a less expensive combination of shocks and springs then it may help.
Never skimp on your brakes either. I run Hawk HPS street pads on mine and they are a good compromise between something like Brembos. Although Brembos definitely would be nice in a 3050lb car.
If you really enjoy driving your car (not just cruising along) then it will be worth the money.
Preludes are fine handling cars and are built for fast driving. Just be safe
This is what I'm talkin' about...I greatly appreciate your opinions. I barely have 8K miles on my ride, and I have a 100K mile warranty...so I still need to consider this. However, I think I'm gonna go with a new suspension anyway. Having a stiff ride I truly enjoy is worth it .

Though they don't directly mention installing coilovers, the instructions to install springs are quite similar. You can find this at www.ntpog.org
