Wont start after swap

I have just completed a euro-r engine swap in my 99 prelude. I went to start it today and the car wouldn't even turn over. I'm thinking the starter may have gone bad on me. Then when I turned the key into the ignition position a sound starts. it's like a relay is clicking on and off. This may be caused by something as simple as my battery not being strong enough. I'm not sure so any help is greatly appreciated. Also i haven't been able to find a wiring diagram that details the switch to use the Jdm dizzy instead of having to switch the oil pumps since the motor is already installed.

You did it the hard way, easiest to get a new H22a4 oil pump and swap your crank sensor, sensor plate and both lower timing gears over and use the H22a4 distributor and coil. The Euro R also has a different IACV which wont work in your car with your harness, you'll need an adapter plate and use your H22a4 IACV. Seems you didn't do your homework before attempting this, also hope you did a full t-belt service and all seals including the rear main, they WILL leak if not.

Don't know why people try to hack up the engine harness to make JDM engines work, easier to just take parts off the engine that came out and convert the engine to work better with the USDM car.

I have a OBD1 JDM dizzy and guess why I'm not using it, cause it was easier to just undo 3 bolts and swap parts, later down the road it also makes it easier to get parts for the dizzy.

So now I got an OBD1 dizzy off a 92 Prelude (USDM) and began wiring it up, but because the 8 pin plug that goes into the dizzy was taken off an euro-r harness the colors don't match the guide that I found on the forum. Also I've already taken care of the IACV

I just checked that and that only connects to the 10 pin connector for a B or D series

Such a waste of time, if only you swapped the oil pump and dizzy to an H22a4 one your car would have fired on the first try just like the Type S swap I helped someone with.

that would be great if we knew bout this before our swap but when the motor is already in its easier to cut 8wires lol EDIT: i didnt have to cut mine is an ob1 jdm harness, it would probably be easier to change out the harness for a cleaner swap

plus im changing my oil pump right now, ive even have the motor out & its still a b%$@#. lol

wat about the ecu? wouldnt u need the jdm one or hondata for it to start the first try.
