wondering the life of the m6ha

im wondering the life of the triptronic auto that came in some sh preludes..i recientley picked up a 99 with a blown engine and 210,000 miles, its in mint condition except for the engine.im also wondering if a 2.5 front,2.0 rear drop will be too much for 17 inch rims..thank you!
