windows pissing me off

i got my drivers side window broken.. and i had it replaced.. and i guess the guy didnt put it on track right... so when it rolls down it goes down all the way.. but i can still see the glass.. usually it should go down all the way.. and have NO VISABLITITY at all.. like the passenger side..

AND

when i roll down and up my window.. the rubber piece that should cover the window on the top.. gets caught under so i always have to slide a credit card or something to pick it out to fit normal..

anyone kno how i can solve this problem? its annoying me cuz i dunno i want my stuff perfect..

thanx-

also, i had the same trouble on my 4th gen accord........ask the people who fixed it to do it.....all u need to do is soften up the liner piece so it slides but is stiff enough to slide along the window pane

If your still under warrenty take it to honda. My freaking idiot friend spilled sprite on the windows so it got all sticky and would make weird sounds when i rolled it up/down. Took it to honda while doing my 15k mile service and told them about it. They fixed it, no questions asked.

heh, just a post that pushes the thread to the top of the thread listing in a forum...usually, the posts at the top get more attention than those near the bottom, or on another page.

Do like KulSecHsky said, just take it to the dealership, and they're probably fix it for free. Just don't tell them what really happend. Make up a story saying it did it on its own or something. If you tell them that you had it replaced, then they will probably charge you for it.

My passenger window is a little screwed up, too. But it's been that way since day one. I think in the Helms manual I saw an adjustment you can make, but you have to take the interior door panel off.
