Will I need new Struts?
I plan on getting these tein high tech lowering springs for my 99 base.

TEIN High Tech Lowering Springs (Lowers Front: 0.8" / Rear: 0.7") for 97-02 Honda Prelude at Andy's Auto Sport

Running any lowering spring with an OEM strut will cause it to fail eventually, get aftermarket struts or a full coilover.
