whining niose getting loader

Ok, the second I turned my car on after the dealer did my 90k mile service, I noticed an abnormally loud whining noise like my power steering, but I though/think it's the autotensioner, and when I posted my first concerns, I was told that it was the new autotensioner. well a few days ago, I noticed it get even louder, and now I'm am getting paraniod that they seriously screwed my engine up or something, I'm gonna take it to the dealer ASAP and see what they say, it better be fixable, or they better find a way to prove to me that it is completely norml and harmless to my car.

My reason for posting, is that many people on this site has had the timing belt/tensioner replacement done on their car, did you get this odd louder whining noise too? What do you guys think it is?

I'm gonna check my power steering fluid in the morning to see if it is low or something, but I don't think it's that.

Any advice or opinions are welcome, thank you very much.

Yea, the issue is that I thought I'd give it that time, it has been around 1,200 miles since I had it done, and now its not getting quieter, its getting louder, thats where my paranoia is coming from.

don't worry about it. the new auto tensioners take a while to 'break in'. Drive your car harder and it'll break in you lil ***** =p

heh, ok I'm convinced, I'll give it a few months, unless it gets ridiculously loud. it seems to have randomly stopped, but it already did that and randomly started again once so far, so I'm wating in paranoia
