Where to locate the VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL on ECU???

I'm using the Apexi VAFC ECU diagram to install my APEXi REV/SPEED Meter but it doesn't list the vehicle speed signal. Does anyone know which pin it is? What is the VTM signal? And one more, where is the ignition power on the ECU? Thanks for your help...

Dude, is your Rev/Speed Meter the newer ones which you can hook up the G-Sensor ? If so, I'm also in the process of installing mine... Now if you download the rev_speed meter(pdf file) from www.apexi-usa.com you can actually see the ECU diagram that list out all the colours for the wires in the ECU. But I want to make sure I'm 100% right before I cut anything. (IE: if you want to have the Speed Limiter Function).. Otherwise basic connection is good enough.

On the Apex site, go to the installation manuals, go to the AVC-R and follow the H-3 Diagram, not the H-4 like it says in the US Update. Unless you have 4 connectors on your ECU, mine only has 3. It'll show you the power and VSS.

I'll look into that then. The only diagram that looked like mine was the Civic which was diagram H-7. I followed everything else from the NTPOG APEXi V-AFC install. They just didn't list the VSS and the IG power...

Ok, I got it all figured out. I even hooked up a shift light from the meter. Anyway, I'll post up the proper diagram a little later...

Here it is. This should be sufficiant to hook up both the APEXi REV/SPEED METER and the APEXi V-AFC. All I did was take the V-AFC install diagram and added what you needed for the REV/SPEED METER. Hope this helps guys...
