Wheel help?

I'm going to be painting my rims soon, I'll be getting a whole new set of wheels in November, but the stock color is starting to bore me. I'm going to be painting them black next week. But as you can see there is some scuffs and stuff on the rims. Is there a solution to this or will it all come off as a prepare to paint them (ex. sanding)? Thanks...

Yep, Search. It's been covered at least 10 times. You might also check Prelude Power.com (without the space).

Hard to say since the pics are so small but if its just minor surface scuffing and clearcoat peeling then yes you should be able to correct that during normal paint prepping.
