What's a good upper strut bar + questions about how it works...

I know what the upper strut bar does, but my question is that depending on how you tighten it or loosen it, wouldn't the allingment change a little bit or is that something that I shouldn't worry about? That's one question - the other is what brands are good for 5th gens? Neuspeed? DC Sports? Any other ones - those things on eBay all the time with not-known brand names any good? Anyways - any opinions welcome.

Contact cementups@aol.com as he does have some good pricing. I got mine from Carparts/Wrenchead with a coupon for about $90 versus $125.
Now to the technical Q. You will have no adjustment of the length with either the Neuspeed or Spoon bars. I have the Neuspeed up front and a Spoon in the rear of my 5th gen and there was no real change in Camber. You will feel the difference in handling depending on the overall suspension setup you have.

I love my neuspeed bar and I know it is doing its job because I could tell on certain turns I could get oversteer and this was before springs/shocks and swaybar. The design is the most solid I have seen yet.
