whats the cause of the problem??

while im shifting into a gear i have to give alot more gas than before to make the clutch grab into gear...why does this problem happen all of sudden...it has been goin on for 2 weeks now...one of my friend that has a prelude drove my car and i drove his and its like night and day...does anyone have a idea what the problem would be?? thanx

either your clutch is isn't far enough (10% chance), your synchros are going (10% chance), or i'm just guessing (80% chance.)
