What's The Best Takeoff Rpm

At what RPM do you dump your clutch to get best takeoff without spinning out too much and without getting a weak start? I usually rev to about 4k RPM and dump the clutch. The tires just spin out. But today I revved to about 3k RPM and dumped it. It was a very terrible start. My crappy tires and negitive camber might play a little role in the spinout. What RPMs do you dump at?
