both.

don't hold your breath though. Sill in R&D. I know for the civics and tegs.. the wire connector is like 350, and the ecu is like 400. a lot of dough, but i hear the results are killer.

Why not just buy the ecu from a teg and a wire harness for like $250 then Unless they upgraded the ecu too

they upgrade the ecu as well. Higher redline, better fuel map. Etc etc. Of course the ECU is OBDI... i still cant belive the OBDII is so encoded, that they still haven't cracked it yet. Incredible.

SpeedPro all the way. it'll cost about $3500 installed, but who cares, its great. Holley has a new system coming out this year. Accel DFI2000 is new. AEM is going to be plug and play. Contact them directly if you're truly interested. There's numerous options, but AEM is the only true plug and play ECU. Only other choices are V-AFC.

The Skunk2 ECU jumper is $250 (at least that's what I selll them for). Personally I am trying to find a good 93-96 Prelude ECU and convert but I have heard good things about using a GSR ECU.

Say if you have a VAFC already, would there be any improvements by getting the AEM ECU upgrade?

the improvements would be overwhelming. You cannot begin to compare just a v-afc to a stand alone unit. But, maybe to answer your question in another way, the aem will replace the v-afc..... you wont ever need to run both because the aem does everything the vafc does, better, and then more.
