What spring rate should i get?

I am going to order GC coilovers, and i am currently on stock shocks, with a H&R spring.

I would like to know what spring rate i should order to make the ride as comfortable as the H&R spring (Race Spring) Should i order what it comes with, not sure what it is???, or should i get a lower spring rate?

does lower spring rate mean a softer ride??

thanks, and if anyone can tell me what GC comes with, what they reccommend (spring rate), thanx
