What paint works for calipers?

I went to the store today and they had two different engine-type paint... one said it was good to 500F and i think the other was like 1200F or something like that.... there are more colors and a clearcoat in the 500F one, so i'd prefer to use that if i could. Do you guys know if the 500s will work?
Thanks!

Use the 500 degree engine paint
You have to cure the 15000 degree stuff in an industrial oven at 650 degrees or so or it will rub off when you touch it. I've had my 500 degree paint on for a year now and it still looks as good as the day I sprayed it.

I think the brand i used was called PlasticKote? They sell it at Pepboys (dont laugh) and the stuff has held up for almost a year with no cracking, peeling, etc. I do a lot of stupid and dangerous driving, so im on the brakes a lot too!!!
