Was a 5th gen model ever released? I tried to do a search for "short shifter, short shift, 4bidden" and came up with nothing

Nope, not released yet. A thread on it over at honda-tech was refreshed the other day, and there's still a lot of interest in it. Hopefully he takes the hint . . . . .

actually its not his lost. he doesnt have to do it at all if he doesnt. i was reading his update a couple weeks ago, and he said its complicating, and something won't come out or something. honestly, a lot of people want it, and if it doesnt come out, its our loss, not his, so give him some support and wait.

yea, its our loss...but i'm willing to wait. from what i remember, it seemed that the 5th gen shifter is pretty much a one piece thing and can't be taken apart, so he might have to make a full replacement.

just like custom projectors,if a company were to start making them for us,theres no doubt everyone would be buying them up,but just like the guys that made our custom projectors,it can be very time consuming, give the guy some time, hes doing something to help us out,the least we could do is wait for the finished product

I did a search on 4bidden short shifter and came up with this thread
http://www.preludeonline.com/showthr...r&pagenumber=5
Well the skinny is this. He can't take the shifter apart with out destroying the plastic housing. So if enough are interested, but the price will go up, he will try and design a complete replacement. That is if enough are still interested.
