Vacuum Hoses?? Need help conecting correctly

Had my headgasket changed a couple months ago, the hoses on the back of my intake manifold werent conected properly,(the 3 small nipples). I need to know where to coneect them so my idle can get back to normal. Heres a phone pic of how the are hooked up as of now.

I dont have a little breather on my intake so i just connected the first 2 with the same piece of hosing, but im not sure where the 3rd one conects to. And i noticed its a little fatter then the first 2.

Thanks in advance

it connects to your cruise control actuator. ignoring the helms won't help.

well i mean the answer was right there in plain black and white. the 3rd larger nipple goes to the cc actuator thing, but for some reason you still felt like it should connect to the evap. purge control valve. i'm not sure why you would think that unless you decided to ignore the helms.

I just finished putting my rebuilt engine back in my car and had to figure out all of the vacuum lines as well. I have the helms service manual. There are 3 variations in the vacuum system within my book (97-99). The vacuum system depends on which engine/car you have. The 3 variations are 97(California), 98-99(US), and 97(48ST, Canada) or something similar to those. For mine, a 97US SH non Cali emissions model the 3 connections in question are as follows:

1)The first one (closest to the throttle body) goes to the intake control solenoid under the air intake filter.

2) The second one (middle) is capped off.

3) The third one (furthest from the throttle body) goes to the cruise control actuator.

Mine is exactly as described in in RomPirates Helms Manual scan in an earlier post. I would highly recommend getting a Helms and connecting these in the correct manner. Hope this helps.

***I believe the picture you posted is for a different system. From your User ID and picture of your car I take it that you have a base model '97 prelude. Your system should be like mine if it is not a California emissions model. If you look at the bottom of the picture you posted it says '93 Prelude

See #1 in my post above - or I'll just quote it for you and highlight the line you need to read.

Where is the "intake control solenoid"? Im not sure if im reading it wrong but wouldnt my air intake filter be the filter by the battery. The nipple closest to the tb used to be conected to a nipple on the back of my intake but my new intake doesnt have a little breather plug.
