v-tec not pulling??

recently i noticed that my car does not feel as strong as it did a while back, i did a oil change and fuel filter change. No difference. The car sounds loud in v-tec but doesn't feel like it's pulling how it use to, best way i can describe it is that it feels heavy. any one know what this could be?? or has this happened to you?? by the way the car is an auto, so it feels slower than normal. car has 68,000 miles on it. any suggestions??

Your probably just getting used to the car. It happens to everyone.

Or, it could be something as simple as a change in temperature or humidity level which can affect performance.

solution? jump in a slow beater....and drive that for a week or so; that'll reset your butt dyno

how's the clutch doing?

but yeah.. most likely.. it's you getting use to the car.. i drove my 5th gen for 3 years then drove my 4th gen si for like 4 months.. loved the low end torque and the fast revs (removed balance shafts) but lacked the high end .. jumped back into the 5th gen and low end was a dog but man.. when v-tec hits... i realized why i loved the h22

^^that would do it. I was in a kid's Civic Si, and the way VTEC sounded, it was AWESOME. But when i got back into the lude, and hit VTEC, it didnt sound as good, but i definitely felt it. Drive a beater for a day

that happens to me too. if i've driven it for awhile, if feels amazing, after awhile it's like "ehh" whatever. i don't drive it in the rain or snow. i have an '87 f-150. two different worlds. sometimes when i drive the lude i stall out and think it's the truck. and vise versa. so i try to spread them out. now i'm driving the truck due to snow. no more lude for another 4 months. 'till summer hits or i get transferred.

Could be a dirty air filter or your plugs & cap need changing. Maybe you are just getting used to the lude?

What if yuo reset the ECU? Take out the radio/clock fuse for like 5 minutes and put it back in. That should reset it
