Used/Busted Motor for build-up?

Would this motor still be ok to build up for FI? I would be re-sleeving it, so there shouldn't be a problem even though there might be damage to the cylinder wall right?

So if the cylinder walls were messed up, it would be ok because they would be replaced anyway when resleeving right?
