upper control arm bushing fix questions.

I did a search and read through all the material, so now I get to ask questions . I have a 5gen, lowered on the H-tech/GR2 combo w/ all new rubber pieces in the strut assembly. I replaced the front lower ball joints w/ standard replacements, and upper ball joints with adjustable pieces, and all the bushings are new OEM besides the front and rear UCAs. I have the rear shock knock, as well as front-to-back play in the front suspension. The only things that I haven't changed are the UCA bushings. The UCA bushings have 145k miles on them. I'll be doing this all myself, and won't have access to a hydraulic press, unless I pay a machine shop to do press work. Currently, the front is in spec with the adjustable ball joints already installed, so I would like to simply replace the front UCA bushings. The H-tech springs dropped me .7"front/.8"rear.

My intentions: Fix the problem!
Solutions:
Front:
- replace upper control arm bushings (where can I find these?), while retaining the original control arm w/ current adjustable ball joints.
- pros: cheaper parts
- cons: possible machine shop labor
or
- replace entire upper control arm, with these, press out oem ball-joint, and install my adjustable ball joints.
- pros: no machine shop labor via ball joint removal kit
- cons: more expensive parts ($100)

Rear:
- purchase and install eBay special adjustable camber kits (+1.25 --> +3.00 degrees) ( these)
- pros: no machine shop labor required, inexpensive ($50)
- cons: possible lack of product quality.
or
- purchase and instal Eibach adjustable camber kits (+/- 1.5 degrees) (these)
- pros: possible higher quality than eBay special
- cons: more expensive ($125)
or
- purchase and install Eibach adjustable camber kits (+1.5 --> +3.0 degrees) (these)
- pros: possible higher quality than eBay special
- cons: more expensive ($125)

What do you guys think would be the best way to go? Thanks!

MOOG Part # K90492 (-1 --> +1 degrees) They work great! Rockauto.com has them for $65 a piece before S&H.
